Richard Angel and Ed O’Donnell on carving a niche in specialist prime resi design

The team reflect on their first whirlwind year in business – breaking into the luxury Build to Rent market, securing a contract to interior design what was then London’s tallest penthouse – The Atlas Building – and winning a prestigious award from the Society of British and International Interior Design (SBID).

Richard and Ed decided early on that they would resist having a signature design style. This could be the reason why they’ve been able to secure such an exciting mix of projects in just 12 months. That and their willingness to listen to clients and involve them in the design process. Their collaborative approach to interiors ensures that what they create is unique to each of their clients, and not a pale imitation of what they’ve done before.
