Making an entrance
A lounge filled with colour, art and sculptural furniture
Communal lounge areas in residential developments used to be a waste of space – with thousands of prime square feet abandoned to lazy layouts and forgettable furniture. Not anymore.
Today, we’re commissioning artists to create bespoke wall art, sourcing high-quality ceramics, mixing vintage finds with modern classics, and designing statement pieces in-house.
The areas are fast-becoming destinations in their own right – and the feedback from residents is resoundingly positive.

Storyteller
Our job is to captivate buyers as soon as they walk through the door. This means crafting spaces with stories to tell – because stories sell.
Handmade ceramics, one-of-a-kind concrete-acrylic wall art, illuminated vintage side tables,
huge slabs of calacatta viola marble, and real architectural foliage.
These things form a rich narrative that attracts buyers and makes them feel part of something special.

When night falls
The mix of light and dark tones transitions seamlessly from day to night. That way, residents will use the space round the clock.
