How personas shape
our show residences

Every show residence needs to feel ‘lived in’ – and that magic starts with an authentic buyer profile.

For the cross-generational Triptych Bankside, we imagined British model Sunny and her property-developer husband Peter – mature urbanites craving London’s cultural pulse after years in rural Umbria.

They represent one of many buyer profiles we imagined, each offering a different story and creative possibility. After all, Triptych Bankside is designed to inspire buyers of all ages – whether it’s a young entrepreneur, a growing family, or those seeking city adventure in later life.

By building out these personas – their passions, tastes, even the hues they love – our designs become sharper, richer, and far more persuasive.

This is how we help developers sell not just a space, but an aspiration buyers recognise as their own. You can see for yourself how this approach came alive in our latest show residence…
