    Richard Angel
    With a deep-rooted background in property and design, Richard draws on decades of international experience to guide Angel O’Donnell’s success. As a Chartered Surveyor, his career has spanned the Middle East and beyond – from tracking Gulf investments to the UK, to leading high-profile projects at Cluttons and McLaren for the Crown Estate and UHNWIs in Britain, North America and Asia. Now living and working in Abu Dhabi, he leads our studio there, bringing cultural fluency, on-the-ground insight and experience of large-scale residential developments to every project.

    Ed O’Donnell
    From hauling sofas into Madonna’s Mayfair townhouse to envisioning some of the studio’s boldest interiors, Ed’s journey is anything but ordinary. After swapping Fine Art lectures at Kingston for hands-on experience at a boutique studio, he threw himself in the creative deep end – working side by side with design teams, learning on the job, and never shying from a challenge. Ed’s unfiltered enthusiasm, inventiveness, and knack for turning unconventional ideas into show-stopping spaces are central to the studio’s spirit. His collaborative partnership with Richard and the team is what keeps Angel O’Donnell imaginative, energetic, and unapologetically original.

    With two decades in advertising, JP has driven major brand transformations for names like Sloggi and my John Lewis Rewards, and created multi-award-winning campaigns that have raised millions for charities including Cancer Research UK, NSPCC, and Dogs Trust. His creative touch extends to memorable TV and radio ads for Persil and the Post Office. At our studio, JP brings our designs to life in leading publications, manages our digital presence and CRM, handles award entries, and supports every pitch and presentation. His sharp copywriting and brand insight keep our story bold, consistent, and widely celebrated.

    Tatiana Pietrangeli
    Tatiana possesses a truly global perspective, with experience spanning continents and cultures. Formerly the Lead Architect at Nomadas Taller de Arquitectura y Diseño in Venezuela, she relocated to the UK over a decade ago, where she excelled in roles at Visu Verum and Interior Design Concepts Ltd before joining Roselind Wilson Design. There, she led the design, project management, and procurement for super-prime projects in the UK and abroad – from London to Kuala Lumpur. Tatiana’s creativity, project leadership, and passion for design make her an invaluable part of our studio.

Over the years, she’s built an encyclopaedic knowledge of makers and honed a sharp eye for design. A master of supplier diplomacy, Wendy is never fazed by the need to chase a delayed delivery, resolve the occasional hiccup, adapt on the fly, or keep even the most ambitious project running smoothly. Thanks to her expertise, our projects come in on time, on budget, and with a flourish of world-class style.

    Amy brings two decades of administrative expertise to our studio, honed over 12 years supporting senior leaders at Savills within their Planning, Development, and London Residential Development teams. As Studio Manager and Executive Assistant, Amy is the organisational heartbeat of our team – working closely with Richard and Ed, and keeping us coordinated and well-supplied. She also provides essential support across Marketing and PR, ensuring everything from press updates to subscriber emails runs smoothly. Thanks to Amy’s dedication and varied skills base, our studio stays productive, positive and welcoming.

These craftspeople help us to create bespoke joinery, specially commissioned artworks and statement furniture that are every bit as unique as you are.
