Everyone’s welcome in the kidult space

A multi-use space for work and play

We were tasked with designing a room that would appeal to both adults and children. A place where residents can either catch up on work, catch up with friends or, if they’re small enough, scale a climbing wall.

The multi-fabulous kidult space we created is a lifeline for Newfoundland’s working mums and dads – combining playfulness with productivity.

“What we’ve created helps residents with children and careers to take care of.

“It’s a space where parents can work on presentations and take calls while their kids let off steam in a safe and fun environment”.

“We embellished the space with custom-made slides and tunnels, fun rocket-shaped activity walls, and iconic pieces, like the Magis Puppy.

“Then we added booth chairs for sound-absorption and privacy, and high tables for anyone who likes to spread out their work and take in the view”.
