Richard Angel’s experience as a chartered surveyor – valuing, examining and consulting on super-prime property for McLaren and The Crown Estate – makes him a sought-after expert in the industry.

While Ed O’Donnell is a highly regarded interior designer with 25 years’ experience, countless awards, and many high-profile projects to his name, including country mansions and Madonna’s Mayfair townhouse.

Together, they have built one of the most celebrated and trusted design studios in the UK today.

At Angel O’Donnell, we’ll take the time to get to know you. Then we’ll find ways to express your personality through beautiful designs for a bespoke and distinguished look.

We’ll take care of the logistics – right down to the cutlery in your drawer and the Fortnum & Mason treats in your pantry. When everything’s arrived, each item will be quality-checked and expertly stored before white-glove delivery is arranged in time for installation.

A Georgian gem

We were tasked with transforming a tired Georgian townhouse into a luxurious pied-à-terre the family could enjoy whenever they were in town.

Over the course of three months, we treated each room to a mix of intricately patterned fabrics, handcrafted furniture, quality window treatments, textured wallcoverings, carefully curated artwork – the lot. The transformation was startling.

As an extra sweetener, when we finished, the property was estimated to be worth 10-15% above its original purchase price. On top of that, some of the collector’s pieces we’d sourced – including a Damien Hirst giclée – had doubled in value.

A boutique developer – and private client of ours – built a new residential landmark in the heart of Shoreditch. This super-prime icon required striking interiors that would appeal to a high-end crowd of venture capitalists and tech entrepreneurs.

After lavishing the space with original designs – including specially made furniture and a walnut shelving unit with built-in fireplace – the penthouse achieved three times the highest ever recorded rent for an ultra-luxe apartment in EC1.

The OWO Residences

London’s former Old War Office has been radically transformed into Europe’s first Raffles-branded residences. This opulent, neo-baroque, Grade II* listed building will soon open its doors to reveal 85 unique apartments, 30,000sq ft of residents-only amenities, a Five Star Raffles Hotels, and eleven world-class restaurants and bars.

We treated one of its beautiful three-bedroom apartments to an abundance of handmade pieces, including Savoir Beds, Murano-glass pendants, ceramic lamps, Persian rugs, embroidered curtains, and a vibrant mix of original artwork.

Just 48 hours after its launch, this super-prime residence was snapped up with all FF&E included.
